Mondo lying to customers on behalf of MTN

Thank you so much for giving my details to Mondo to contact me so that they could lie to me about changing my Mtn package. They told me I could change back to my previous package if I wanted to. Now that I want to, I am told that I cannot. I can't wait for my contract with Mtn to expire so that I can port to another network.
