Mondo is the biggest ****

The one star is way more than what they deserve.

I took out an online uncapped router deal with MTN online. Upon its delivery I realised that I do not it will not suit my needs and I returned it immediately (within the cooling off period).

A month later I was charged for the contract that has been cancelled this was in November. I called in to query this and I was assured that it will be cancelled.

I was charged for the same contract again in December again Visigan Naidoo from Mondo promised me that it was resolved.

In January I was charged a cancellation fee when I called Mondo they said the issue is with MTN when I called MTN they said the issue is with Mondo

I am now again charged a cancellation fee in February. In total they have taken almost 5K from me and now one can provide me with any help. They are either offline or it’s not their problem. Do not take a contract with these guys they will milk you.
