Mondo is a ****!!!

I got an iPhone from mondo on a contract which the service provider is MTN. The device had a problem within to two months, I went to mtn store and they refused to take the phone that I should contact Mondo. I contacted Mondo regarding the matter, Mondo arranged for the device to be collected so they can check the technicalities of the device. Since 22 August 2022 mondo collected the phone they haven't contacted me as to give me a feedback. I contacted them asking about the phone, they have been telling me same thing everytime I call them, that they still awaiting for a confirmation from the warehouse which I believe it's DSV. I contacted DSV They said they don't know such information. Till date they haven't canceled the contract and I refuse to pay for something I'm not in possession of. Stay away from Mondo! Their service is very poor and unreliable. They are actually taking rejected devices from mtn, vodacom, etc and sell it to us hence they don't even care to ask for bank statements because they know the phone will anyway give you a problem within a space of two months and still be faced with paying your contract.
