Mondo and MTN worst companies and should be exposed

Life is too short to deal with these companies!! I implore people to not deal with Mondo. When they call and offer you "fantastic" deals please be aware that their consultants are reading off a script an have actually little idea on whether or not the thing they offering you actually benefits you or not. Recently I got offered a home internet package which was significantly worse than the internet I actually already had. I had a couple of weeks to trial it and cancel at no cost where mondo and MTN would not charge me as long as the router (which came with the package) was returned before a certain date. I returned the router, got my reference number, called it in. I am still waiting 3 weeks for the contract to be cancelled in the meanwhile MTN are gladly taking a debit order off my account. Each time I call through to Mondo support I am put on hold for approx 25 min until the phone line just goes dead. They do not communicate with you and expect you to chase them. I have now been told that the router i returned in PERFECT condition was rejected at the warehouse and once again i have to find the time to go into an MTN branch to find out why I cannot cancel the service I am not using. Please please please dont make the mistake im making by using this company.
