Mondo and MTN Pahetic ****mers

I have been sent from pillar to post by MTN and their service provider Mondo. They have messed up my credit profile and refuse to correct their mistake. I have reported them to ICASA and going to take them NCT. Mono is unreachable and agent close your call on their site in a matter of seconds, they don't respond or follow up at all. This is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced.
