MONDO and MTN

I am currently having the worst experience with MONDO and MTN. I am being invoiced for a contract that was cancelled within the 10 days of the cancellation period. I am back and forth with emails trying to resolve this matter with NO SATISFACTON. Truly the service is pathetic from both MONDO and MTN. I regret doing my contract application through the online sales team.
