Mondo and MTN disgusting service

Disgusting service I received from Mondo, I placed an order for A device on the 30th of August, the device was then handed over to a DSV courier, upon delivery my biometrics failed and was told to Contact MTN to authorize a manual delivery, I did that, 2 days later a courier came but it was still a biometrics delivery which failed again, ever since I have been calling MTN and Mondo to authorize a manual delivery and I've been told that they are awaiting feedback, I then went on the app and spoke to Phelelani and was advised that the device will be delivered on Tuesday 12 September 2023, today I check again and spoke to selene only for her to tell me that the order was cancelled on the system yet I was never even notified for it
