Mondo and MTN Contract ****!!!!

I had a contract with MTN for Data SIM and the contract was cancelled within the grace period of 10 days however MTN keeps saying I have a contract with them and it's affecting my credit score, I tried contacting their partners "Mondo" and they keep saying the contract was cancelled with MTN!!!
