Mondo and MTN!!!!

I have had the worst experience of my life with MTN and Mondo. Their Customer service and TCF is the worst and lowest I have ever had, Since Aug 2020 I have been trying to cancel my contract to no avail they have still want me to pay for something that was returned and not even used,I logged a complaint with the ombudman as well and STILL STRUGGLING.
