Mondo and MTN

Terrible customer service. Incorrect information provided telephonically to sign up a contract, after signing up didn't receive what I was told and asked to cancel contract. Telephonic recording investigation was done, and they were in the wrong. Still billed me my monthly subscription and charged double cancellation fee etc and still never reimburse me my money. Rather stick to the top people.
