Mondo MTN approved my application. And I was told I just need to wait for a call from the couriers about delivery. I even literally asked the guy "can it get canceled again" and he told me not at all. I just need to wait for delivery. The next day they call me to confirm my details and asked about a funeral policy that I must pay extra for from VUKA. I did not agree to that and they canceled my application after it was approved. That is unprofessional and I want an explanation. When I called customer care the guy told me that the system shows its approved so the system accidently canceled my application and they will call me back to offer the same contract but never did
