MoMo zero communication....

Still waiting for my car licence since the 30 June. So it has now expired on the 21 July. Still no communication except one SMS on the 10th July say we apologies your vehicle licence disk is taking longer than expected.... we will get it delivered as soon as possible. Maybe someone should actually phone and tell us what is going on? I have no option but to wait. I went on to the MTN website about a week ago to complain. Go a electronic reply from them saying that will get back to me as soon as possible.....nothing. I cant even get hold of anyone to just get my money back and try another option. Not very good MTN. You are in the communication industry but you don't communicate
