Momo cashbacks

My name is Bukelwa Florence Jacobs and my number is ***. Eversince I joined momo i have never received my momo cashbacks. I received the sms alerting me to the cash back but never got anything. Below is the dates and times I received the sms:

None of these cashbacks ever materialised. Please kindly assist urgently as I have given up on help from the call centre.
