So flipping disappointed with the level of service received from Fikile Madlala, called in to advise of an error that happened where airtime was sent to a Incorrect number, Fikile just laughed an said she was not going to return it as well, speaks volumes about the level of honesty and integrity, she couldn't assist me in anyway and believe you me you definitely loosing 5 customers in my family.
