MOBILES Plus in DURBAN AND MTN Corporate

This company is in Durban , today they phoned me saying they from MTN HEAD OFFICE. I asked where and Shannel would not answer my question? She offered to lower my contract monthly payment opened a 24 MONTH CONTRACT NO MP ***6-1, I phoned back *** and Shanel and Leticia said they offline, I said I want to cancel and they said they offline, This is allowed by MTN? Last year in Sept 2020 I got phoned for sim swap MTN Eastgate failed to give me explanation! MTN should be reported to ICASA. How does MTN allow such joint venture operators to do business on their behalf? Their 135 customer support is just music and prompts. Seriously this company is taking advantage and hoodwinking their customers. And NOT ALL their shops offer same deals, because they franchisers push their upgrades according to the phones they buy. Hope to get a response as MTN are treating their customers like idiots and selling data base of customers to franchisees who are ************ !!! MTN and MOBILES PLUS DURBAN need to be reported to ICSA!!!!!! MTN must speak to Mobiles Plus Duban, to cancel my contact or are they in cahoots?
