Mobile Telephone Network and it's *****ulent activities

I would like to vent my frustration and Disgust to MTN. I paid for my wifi router, up to this date it's not connecting. Whenever I try to call them, it doesn't go through. I have been waiting for more than 48hours but no answer no call from MTN. Therefore, I would like my money to be paid back to me if they can't connect to the WIFI. This is *****. If they are committed to *****, and ****s they can do it but without my money
