Mobile Router Contract Cancellation

My contract expired in May 2021 and I would like to cancel it. When I call to that 083 135 because I don't have a mtn number it's horrible. I spend so much of airtime just to speak to an agent to assist with regards to the cancellation. Can someone please contact me on *** to sort this out please
