Mobile phone insuarance claim
I submitted a claim with MTN Admyntec on Wednesday, 3 August. Up to today, they haven’t rep**** to me; they only gave me a reference number: Ref 483016. Whenever I enquire via call, I am directed to speak to an automated system instead of a human service consultant.

09 Sept 2025, 11:50MTN AdmynTech people will tell you that they can't see your cover on the system, but they fail to explain why there was a price increase if the insurance was not added. I paid insurance for 16 months, but now they are saying I am not covered. At the store, they told me that I am only covered for loss/theft.
