Mobile Operators deserve the bad publicity they get on exploitation of data

This company disregards any requests to rectify your account, change your contract minutes without any approval or paperwork and bill you for numbers that don't exist (*****). Clearly they have no regard for client service despite numerous emails and phone calls to call center and retentions department, but miss one payment day and you get cut off.
