*** - Mobile number suspended without notification.

Mobile number: ***. I was stuck in the UK for 10 months and as such I did not make a chargeable call or send a message, as that was the last thing on my mind trying to manage the Covid pandemic.

I have been a customer of MTN since the day mobile phones were introduced in South Africa and I have had this number since then, so nearly 25 years. MTN did not even send an e mail to notify me of what they were about to do.

I have contacted and spoke with a few people in your organization who has told me that the number is re cycled. I called the number many times at different times of the day and night, and also had friends of mine do the same and that numbers always goes directly to voice mail, which makes me believe that this number has not been recycled yet. I have just made another call to that number while typing this review and again it has gone to voice mail. Can someone pleas investigate if in fact this number has been re cycled as I would like to have my number back please. I am hoping that this number has not yet been re cycled and that you will be able to help me get this number back as my whole life is attached to this number.
