MOBILE NETWORK FROM HELL

MTN is by far the worst network to ever exist. My account was recently anded over to the lawyers for absolutely no reason. I have paid up my contract even before they handed it over. This is extremely frustrating as you can imagine as it reflects badly on my credit record. I have called numerous times with no one being able to help me. All agents refer to their legal department which I cannot reach on *** because the line is always busy. I am definitely switching networks as soon as they resolve this nonsense.
