Mobile arrogance
Trying to move mobile contracts to MTN is impossible. No one reacts, no phones are answered, and no one gets back to you. The number for the MTN shop in Morningside Sandton does not work, and to call the Corporate Sales Division on ********** 325 is a waste of time. When, in frustration, you ask to speak to someone senior, no one is allowed to part with their numbers. I am not surprised their sales are not growing.
