Mobicel Cherry Tablet
I signed up a new contract with MTN for a Mobicel Cherry Tablet, signed on 26.3.2016 when I came to collect the item it was a dead on arrival (dead product wouldn't boot up) which needed to the swopped out for a new tablet. Victor the sales person at Cresta was suppose to organize another one for me this week, when I phoned him he said that the stock was sold and that he would organize another one for me<br> <br> I am paying for a new contract with no device to use<br> <br> This is pathetic service and needs to be addressed urgently<br>

Kindly note that we have credited you for the invoice generated while not having the tablet in your possession. The credit of R52.55 will reflect on the account within 24/48 hours.
The store has sent through an order for a device and it will be delivered to store. Once the store takes delivery of the device, they will contact you to collect.
