MNT THE WORSE

I got a call from there sale agent selling what i believed an fibre product off R399.when it arrived its was a normal mtn router. .i agreed to a first payment off R85 on activation and a first monthly payment end of October off R399. Not even long my account was debited with R585. I call continuesly.sent mails to cancel . Got no response.. just when i reversed the money they suddenly then they call. They whent back to the call and findings was as i said. The guys told me a bunch off lies to get me to sign up. Now i havevto find a wayvto get this back to MTN myself . Got to the nearest store. Guest what. They cannot help me. I have to take it back and got approval from i dont know who. In the mean time they keep running the debit order. My account is in a minus because of this. And know I am getting billing that says they gonne put me on credit bureau if I do not pay in the nxt day. For something i cancel 3 werks ago becouse of their bad service . If pnly some can help me with this matter. It becoming a financial .emotinal burden
