MNT South Africa uncontactable in emergencies

It seems impossible trying to get help from MTN in South Africa. I am in Monte***** and need my sms activated urgently. I am tired of dealing with Robots who don’t know what I need. How do I get help from here? My emails aren’t working as I need to receive OTP.
