Mnt SA complaint first debit odder

They seem to be ****** I took a double deal with them on the 16th of December 2020 as per contract and sales assistant my first debit odder she take in place on the 31-01-2021where els they contract print out states as 31-1-2020......they sent a notice that is expected payment on the 28th-12-2020 I was very shocked asking my self how possible I'd that in such a short period of time I went instore complained abt it they logged a ticket still no changes when I went instore to make my first payment I asked the consultant if MTN they won't take this payment as if I am paying for December where els um paying for Jan as agreed that will be my first payment month they said no to my shoch they still said owe them for Decembernos now it's even costinge on the transactions that are bouncing um even scared that it is costing my credit score I called customer care to report the incident to the lady called Michelle nkunzana she asked me to mail her my contact still she has never rep**** to my mails
