MNT plays ad when making emergency call

Needed to make an emergency call, but when I phoned they played me an ad. ***?<br> <br> This is not why I have a service provider and is unacceptable.<br> <br> Imagine a woman is being ***** and tries to phone for help- but instead of reaching the person who can assist her she hears an ad marketing some competition to her. Congratulations MTN -you just let a woman get *****.<br> <br> I actually think legal action can be taken.<br> <br> If I pay for a cellphone service , I want to be able to make a call when I want to.<br> <br> Whats even more unacceptable is the fact that they haven't figured this out for themselves.<br> <br> Wake up MTN and do what you're suppose to.
