Mnt over charging people.

On the 2nd of October my 2 gig data contract debit order was suddenly R3880 in stead of the usual R170. I have had this contract for almost 4 years now and never has my debit order been over the R170 since it is a my 2 gig contract for a reason. It cuts off after the 2 gig. I tried to contact mnt of course not getting through. I logged an account query and sent about 8 emails, but still no answers as to why a 2 gig contract does not cut off after the 2 gig any more. Also no response on why my latest statements show I have a R3200 credit limit suddenly since the new billing system has been implemented. I even logged a complaint on mtn site on the 15 th of October, but still no one has bothered to respond to any of my inquiries. I took further steps of cancelling my contract and I actually received a response, but guess what that was not done either since my account is still debited.

I have no idea what happened to mnt and what a person needs to do to be valued as a client.
