MNT Online application and customer service sucks

I have app**** for a month to month deal and paid full amount for advance rental and pro-rata on 27.09.2024. I started following up on my order progress 1 October till today 8 October. They cannot find any trace of my application and I even went to the store thinking it is a ****. They confirmed all the information I received is legit but they cannot tell me why my application cannot be found. They have been sending me all over the show and nobody can assist.
