MNT Mall Of Africa - APPAULING, HORRIFYING, ALARMING customer service.

I bought a small UPS at Mall Of African thinking it will work for my fiber router connection after a couple of hours when I got home the connection point from the UPS could not fit to power my router, I then went back to the store trying to return the USP and was told this is not possible as according to the store products are not returned after purchased I was told by Noni from MTN Mall of Africa, I then advised her that this was against the Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”) which states that consumers are afforded an opportunity to return goods and demand a refund within a period of up to 6 months after receiving the goods. Until now I am still waiting for my refund, I would not recommend MNT to anyone, please be careful guys!
