MNT can fit the profile of being a Political Party. No Accountability towards their clients

MTN is run like a Political Party. They are only happy when they Acquire you. They do not care if you leave them. I believe they have Monopoly in the Telecommunication Industry. Hence, they do not care about Retention. I do not believe if their Customer Service have a Memo on Customer Service Principles. It is none existence. Judging by the Negative Reviews, they don't give a **** about Client Service. They don't care about their Brand because they have a lot of clients and don't care about losing clients. This is my 3rd Review and they not going to respond. Pathetic is an understatement. We need a new Word in the Dictionary to fit the Depilated Client Service. They take the cup and have no competitors in Bad Client Service. My number is *** me if they want.
