Mnt, but no signal

Morning We ve been struggling with signal from Mtn for the last 5 years now, there is only one signal tower in our rural community where we live, the tower have back up batteries in case of an electricity falure but every time the power is off there is no Mnt signal. I have been a Mtn customer for more than 15 years now, in the first 10 years our signal was very good, I phoned the call centre several times in the past but the usual reply is; "Sir, from our side I can see that the tower is working perfectly" Sure maybe on their screen everything is working but here where we stay and have to conduct our bussinesses we have hardly any signal; most of the times I have to walk outside and go and seek signal to make a call, even my speedpoints in my shop dont want to connect.
