MNT black list after cancelation of contract

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing dispute related to the cancellation of my contract with MNT and the subsequent billing issues.

I initiated the cancellation of my contract with MNT within the specified 5-day period following the receipt of the modum. This cancellation was confirmed and a reference number of RC019395 was issued.

Despite the cancellation, I continued to receive monthly charges on my account. I was forced to take steps to block these payments to prevent further unauthorized deductions.

Furthermore, I returned the modum to MNT as instructed. However, I have continued to face legal threats and harassment from MNT or their representatives, including Law Firm .
