Bad Service at the call Centre with no work My mom got a contract with MTN and it was ended at the end op May 2026 in the beginning of April my mother call the call center to ask how must she do the cancel the contract the agent advise her that she must send an email between the 20-24 of April to request the cancelation the email for the cancelation was done on the 24th April we did get an Ref no on the 31ste of May we got a email with the next amount to be paid we called MTN and no one cancelled the contract and did their job so for 2 hours on the phone only thing that they say is SORRY mam we don't know so now the case is being investigated and they can see the cancelation email with ref no and everything so how fault is it I will not pay the amount as i did give them a month notice and on time its really bad service from them Don't get a contract with MTN as they really don't do their job
