MNT bad mobile company

It's been 5 months now that me and my partner struggling with the mobile company 6 days after after every payment my services get suspended and we pay a lot of money on our contracts and if you call the call centre then they activate my service after 2 days suspended again we have spoken to every one at MTN no 1 can say what is wrong with our account i am ****ed William
