MTN agent called to tell me I needed an upgrade and could more data and talk time for cheaper. What he did not say is that this was a early upgrade and I would be charged a monthly service level "once off" charge so therefore not a one off. The one off has been charged for two months now, so I guess will continue. My upgraded contract is costing more than my original which was perfect.

I escalated to have my new contract canceled and my original contract reinstated which has been done. They are supposed to recording which they can check.
