Good day. We went to mint malmesbury to find more options regarding WI fi bundles. It was rather mtn or Telekom. So the sales person assured us that mtn was the better deal. After submitting the necessary documents for the WI fi package that consists of a rooter, zim card and 80 gigs of data we were notified that it was approved and that we can collect the package from the store. Apron arriving at the store we were informed that we not getting the rooter as part of the package. And we need to purchase the rooter for R700.00 The sales person that help us then told me to phone head office witch I did and explained my situation, I was then informed by them that they new nothing about this and I need to sort it out with the store.
