Good day I have a big problem with MTN, i have a contract with mtn almost 3 years. I have open a new data sim card with them. This is all good. But this is my problem. I receive another sim data contract from them that i did not ordered.. i have tried many times contacting MTN to remove this contract from my name since i have not ordered it. I have emailed mtn i have phone mtn i have tried to sort my problem in mtn stores also with no success. This problem is from March 2022. I am only paying my 2 contract that i have with them. And they continue sending me that i am outstanding with this contract that i have but i don't even have the sim card that they claiming i took out. I am really fed up with this. And every month they disconnect my 2 contract because of the 1 contract that i don't even have. What do i have to do about this because i don't getting any response from mtn to resolve my problems.
