Mknth to month lte stress

MTN canvelled my month to month home lte contract without letting me know. I missed a few payments during 2024. On 25/11/2024 I made a payment and my data was loaded on 01/12/2024. Just before Christmas, I was disconnected without .notification. On 31/12/2024 I was notified by email that my contract had been cancelled. I ignored this email as I had app**** for a different product. Also, I had already made a payment at the MTN Westgate on 25/12/2024.

Today 08/01/2024, I was informed by MTN Festival mall that the contract was.cancelled, but I have a credit of R269 in my account, but I couldn't use that credit to apply for a new contract.

I want my contract to be reinstated and to be reimbursed for the days I paid for but was not able to use the data.
