Mixed Data bundles error
I would like to congratulate MTN (Facebook Messager) team, they working very hard to see to it that customers are satisfied unlike when you direct your calls to customer service. The FB messanger team solved a case that couldn't be solved by different so called service champions for full three weeks. Ticket number *** it was solved in few minutes, those are the people who changed my mind because I was to port my number to another network imagine just for mixed bundles error, I bought 500 MTN one day minutes at R5 which were supposed to have been clearly indicated that it's 500MB whatsapp bundle not minutes like the promotion said. So to reverse my airtime was a three week journey which never reached the destination. Thank you to the Facebook Messenger Team.
