Mixed claims

I am not satisfied with the response that i got from Mtn insurance. I am insured with MTN insurance for 2 phones , iphone 8 and Iphone 8 plus. It happend that both the phones got damaged and i had to claim for both phones. I submited two claim forms separately for each phone . I called them several times checking on the claim and they kept telling me that they were invastigating the claim. Later they told me that the iphone 8 does not appear on their system yet it was a replacemet phone replaced by them after the i phone 6s was damaged beyond repairs and they did not update it in these system but they kept on deducting my premiums. They said that the phone was replaced under the different administrator (pinacle) , i must contact that administrator. When I asked the contact numbers for that administrator they said they dont know them and that was the end of story for the first claim. For the second claim for Iphone 8 plus they said they are declining the because i was using a different number( the number i used on iphone8) which is not the case , clearly they mixed up these claims because they did not read both claim forms properly . I am completely dissatisfied with the way they handled these claims
