Mistakes can cost you dearly, with no accountability from MTN

Having mistakenly overpaid my account by a couple of thousand rands, I have been attempting to get a refund of the overpayment for the past 14 days. To date nobody has taken accountability to actually resolve this. Being a pensioner is no joke, especially when others are holding your money. Amazing how quick MTN would you cut you off if you short-pay by R30.00, long weekends or not.
