Good morning Mr Zugdien Brown

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I have tried calling again after our conversation with no luck.

The contract was a transfer from Nashua to MTN. There are 2 payments that were done when the contract was with MTN, the first payment of R150.00 that was made on 2015-02-28. The second payment of R350.00 was made on the 2015-04-01.

If you are still not in agreement, would you kindly supply us with a sworn affidavit disputing the MTN contract and a clear certified copy of your ID. Please fax the documents to ***.

Once we have received all the supporting documentation our ***** team will be able to investigate and conclude this matter.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

Regards

Lungi
