Mission impossible to cancel an mtn contract. More like being held hostage.

This contract is such a nightmare. I always got told that my account was in arrears, I called in and made arrangements to clear off the balance. I paid off the contract. Now there's a new hurdle. No one at mtn knows how to cancel the damn contract. Funny Y'all are quick to put up the account for collections and cannot stand what comes out of it. Isn't refusal of cancellation part of abuse of consumer rights? You guys literally want us to pay more for the services we no longer want!!!!!! Cancel your contracts with ease the same way you handover the accounts with ease.
