MISSING PHONE AFTER SENDING IT FOR REPAIRS

I've sent my phone in for repairs on 24 December 2014. No one contacted me saying that they did receive my phone and that I need to pay the access fee to a certain account.

12 Jan 2015 - I requested feedback regarding my phone and they said that I need to call the MTN Technician centre. When I phoned the centre, they never received my phone and need the collection number because they could not pick up the MEI nr on the system.

After phoning Stellenbosch offices several times they could not supply me with the collection number. MTN wants to charge their clients R330 for a quote...but can't do an effort to keep their clients happy. I have phone insurance so I have to pay a double access fee, but can't receive the client service for these fees.
Hello Chrissy89,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

I tried to contact you with feedback but there was no answer on your side.
The repair centre has returned your phone back to the shop (on 9/02/2015).
Please go and check in store for your handset tomorrow (on 11/02/2015).

Regards
Thabelo
