Missing Phone

I am really disappointed with MTN. To date I have not received any contact from the repair center management. they insist they gave banking details to the store but never contacted me via sms or calls. Not only have I lost my phone for good but my faith in MTN after being a client of theirs for about 15 years I can't believe this is how they treat their loyal customers. No one has bother contacting me not even you Lorraine as you mention in your reply to me. I will be ending my contract with Mtn in a few months and unfortunately just renewed my husbands contract last month, the phone stopped working after a week and mtn sent it to the same repair center and to date no one has bother contacting us.
