MISSING PAYMENT
How long does it take to allocate a missing payment, which payment was made on 27/08/2015 already and proof of payment emailed to 5 different people? Someone at a branch said I used a zero instead of \O"in the reference number!! Really..what happened to common sense?"""

The payment has been sent to the banking department to pick the payment up and to allocate to the account.
This is not about common sense, the payments will be picked up by the system and not human hand if the reference number is not correct the system cannot pick up the payment. In the future when you make payments over to MTN please make sure that the information is correct on the slip.
