Missing Payment
On 24 October I went and paid my account.<br> On 26 October my service was suspended.<br> On 08 November (My first anniversary) I went back to the branch as the lady who assisted me, took my money and paid someone's else's account. Another lady assisted me and told me she would send through to head office. <br> Today 12/11/2015- Customer care advised nothing was sent through to head office.<br> <br> I did the right thing
