MISSING ITEMS FROM MTN

This is getting ridiculous!

received my new Huawei P40 LITE on contract from MTN. delivered by DSV, 6 August 2020

The package I took includes 1 x Huawei P40 lite phone. 1 x Huawei Gt 2e Watch. 1 x Bluetooth earphones.

The consultan Del-Monique in the mtn head office in Gauteng, took my order.

When I received the delivery. The phone and the watch came in the box. But NOT THE EARPHONES.

I CANNOT GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM MTN TO FIND OUT: WHAT HAPPENED AND WHY. ALL MTN DOES IS PASS THE BUC****!!!!!!!!!!

so they eventually directed me to the Huawei promo website where I input my IMEI Number and then Huawei says I don't qualify for their new earbuds on promotion. So essentially I'm paying for something I DID NOT RECEIVE!

PLEASE HELP URGENTLY I would like to know what's the status of this issue please. Your response will be greatly appreciated.
