Missing Items

I did an upgrade on the 4 June. Phone advertised comes with a free special addition cover. Received delivery of phone but not the cover. Send numerous emails, sent tweet dm's, facebook dm's. Phone all the call centers and held on for over 30 mins. only to be transferred from headless chicken to the next.

Even Nokia directly tried contacted MTN but no luck.,
